To enroll, fill out our online registration form above with your personal details, select your preferred course level (A1-C2), choose your learning mode (onsite or online), and submit. Our admissions team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your enrollment and guide you through the payment process.
You need a valid ID (National ID or Passport), one passport-sized photo, and if you are enrolling in B1 or higher, proof of your previous German level certificate. For students under 18, a parent or guardian consent form is required.
New courses start at the beginning of every month. Intensive courses also have mid-month intakes. We recommend registering at least 2 weeks before your preferred start date to secure your spot, as class sizes are limited to 12 students per group.
We accept Mobile Money (MTN and Airtel), bank transfers, cash payments at our Kampala campus, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Payment plans are available for B2, C1, and C2 levels.
Yes. Full refunds are available if you cancel 7 or more days before the course start date. Cancellations within 3-6 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days before start or after classes begin are not refundable, but you may transfer to a future intake once.
Yes. If you have prior German knowledge and are unsure which level to enroll in, we offer a free placement test (both online and onsite) to assess your current proficiency and recommend the most suitable course level for you.
